You can use the View
Custom Views command to create custom views of a worksheet. If you set
the print range for one view differently than for another view then
those different parts of the worksheet can both be printed at the same
time. Here is how it works. Set up the worksheet to print the way you
would first like it to print including perhaps hiding rows and or
columns, changing print setting including the print area, and even
setting the scenario if you wish. Next issue the View Custom Views
command and Add a new view. You can name this new view anything you
wish.

Now go back to your
worksheet and change any of the settings listed in step 1 above. This
will be the 2nd way you would like the worksheet printed.
Once again issue the View Custom Views command and Add a new view. The
name of this view can be any name as long as it is not the same name you
used for the first view you created. Next issue the View Report Manager
and Add a report that incorporates both of the views you just created.

Finally issue the View
Report Manager again and Print the report. From now on any time you
wish to print these views you simply choose to print the report you have
created.
